Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas to everyone.  Those of you living in the UK, I hope you are finding some joy in all the snow we have had.  I think of it as a purification.  The white everywhere you look brings brightness and great joy to me. No grey dull days, just white light.

Remember Christmas doesn't have to be about presents, it's about creating a celebratory time.  Save your money and have fun.

Do the things you enjoy and let go of the things you don't.  If you like baking mince pies, do it with great joy and love, and if you don't, buy them from the supermarket.  Find a way of making Christmas happy for you, whether it's the traditional family Christmas or something totally different, dare to do it.

If your memories of Christmas have been sad or unhappy, try now to create new memories.  You can't change the past but you can create a new past by making this Christmas happy for YOU.  Cut the cord to the past and make this new beginnings.

I hope you all find great joy over this festive period, in whatever way you choose.
